The Junior King Suite was great, but it was a bit dusty on arrival.

Fantastic amenities here! I loved the 24/7 complimentary drinks service with a wide selection of alcohol. The large variety of toiletries was a nice surprise, adding a luxurious touch. The foot spa and massage chairs in the lobby really helped me relax after a long day of exploring. My room was spacious and comfortably designed, perfect for unwinding. Location-wise, it’s a short walk to both Dotonbori and Namba station, making it easy to check out local food and attractions. However, the in-room cleaning could use improvement. I found some dust on surfaces that shouldn’t have been missed. Also, I had some issues with only receiving one key for the room, which was inconvenient since I was traveling with a friend.

Also, while the location was excellent, it could have been quieter at night, which detracted from the stay.

We enjoyed exploring the vibrant streets nearby and found the staff incredibly accommodating. The free karaoke room was a highlight! For future guests, definitely check out local specialties at nearby restaurants. Just be prepared for a soft bed if you're used to firm ones.

This hotel is steps from Dotonburi's lively streets, making it perfect for family outings. The amenities were fantastic, especially the free karaoke room and the variety of beverages available. My dogs were welcome, which made travel easier for us.

My wife says that the bathroom could use some updating.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect, just steps from Amerikamura and only a 5-minute walk to Shinsaibashi Shopping Arcade. So convenient for exploring the area! The amenities were a highlight. We enjoyed the free karaoke room. Definitely recommend checking out nearby restaurants for local specialties.

But the in-room cleaning wasn’t great, it had some dust. The self serve drink bar was super fun and the massive range of hygiene samples was impressive! Plus, the location was spot on for exploring Dotonbori!
